These cookies are so easy and fun to make! Perfect to do with your valentine. And who doesn’t love Nutella?
No baking is required for this recipe. All you need are a few ingredients.
First, cover the Nilla wafer with as much Nutella as you like to make a sandwich.
Make as many sandwiches as you please!
Dip into the melted chocolate or white chocolate.
And don’t forget to add the sprinkles!
Let them cool in the fridge for about a half hour then try not to destroy them all. I think they taste best when they sit out of the fridge for a little bit so the Nutella is gooey when you bite into it.
Nutella Stuffed Vanilla Wafers
Make as many as you like!
1 box Nilla Wafers
1 jar of Nutella
1 container of chocolate Candy Dips
1 container of white Candy Dips
Valentine’s sprinkles
1. Put a small spoonful of Nutella on the flat part of the Nilla wafer. Put the other wafer on top to make a sandwich. Put on a baking sheet covered with foil.
2. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and white chocolate in 2 separate saucepans. Add a spoonful of Crisco if desired. Let cool for 15 minutes.
3. Dip Nutella sandwiches into chocolate with a fork and cover both sides. Place back onto baking sheet. Sprinkle valentine’s sprinkles on top.
4. Once you have made as many as you like, let cool in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
