He loves sprinting on football fields.

And he loves his kitty friends.

I have started adding Turbofire back into my workouts. I feel like I’ve been needing more cardio. I’m still doing crossfit though and I still love it!

I’m still doing Paleo. But not 100%.


I’m thinking of getting a tattoo on my ankle. What do you think?

Seriously, this is my favorite thing ever right now. I could eat these 3x a day. These pancakes are paleo and have no added sugar to them. They are full of protein and super filling.

The cloves and cinnamon make it taste like you are eating pumpkin pie. This recipe is a winner!

The Best Paleo Pancake:
2 eggs
1/2 cup pumpkin
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1. Whisk the 2 eggs, pumpkin and coconut flour together. Then add the spices.
2. Pour onto a pan and cover it. Put it on low heat and when you start to see bubbles, flip it over!
3. Top with sunflower butter or other nut butter and sliced bananas. Enjoy!
